Josh Hodge

Josh Hodge is a seasoned professional in maintenance and reliability, currently serving as the Director of Maintenance and Reliability at Trillium Health Care Products since March 2024. Prior to this role, Hodge held positions including Maintenance & Reliability Specialist at Greenfield Global and various roles at Ingredion Incorporated, culminating as the Reliability Engineering Manager. Hodge's extensive experience spans over two decades, including notable positions at Catalyst Paper, GreenField Specialty Alcohols Inc., and Casco Inc., starting as a Sheet Metal Worker at Toshack Brothers Ltd. Hodge holds a Reliability Engineering Certification from the University of Kansas and diplomas in Industrial Mechanic Millwright and Sheet Metal Workers from George Brown College and Algonquin College, respectively.
