Colleen Taffe is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Equity, Antiracism, and Inclusion Office at Trillium Health Partners, where strategies for inclusion and engagement are led with a focus on Anti-Black Racism. With an extensive background in mental health and education, Colleen has facilitated Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training at LivingWorks Education since 2007 and has run Colleen Taffe Productions, which conducts therapeutic theater workshops designed to transform perceptions and narratives within diverse audiences. As a strategist, educator, and coach at TAFFE Consulting, Colleen develops inclusive health pathways for racialized communities and supports culturally-sensitive care for marginalized populations. Previous roles include Service Coordinator at Trillium Health Centre and Concurrent Disorders Crisis Worker at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from York University and is pursuing a Master of Arts at Yorkville University.
