Kathryn Hayward-Murray

Kathryn Hayward-Murray is the Chief Nursing Executive, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President (EVP) of Quality, Risk, Practice and Performance at Trillium Health Partners (THP). She is an experienced leader with more than 40 years of progressive heath care leadership.

As Chief Nursing Executive, Kathryn oversees the practice of nurses and the health disciplines who provide patient care at THP. In her role of EVP of Quality, Risk, Practice and Performance she is accountable for overseeing medical affairs, education, quality, risk and patient safety. Recently, Kathryn provided Executive Sponsorship, along with THP’s Chief of Staff, for the successful implementation of Epic, our single electronic health record, across all of our sites.

Kathryn is a member of the Trillium Health Partners Board of Directors, a board member of The Darling Home for Kids, Co-Chair of the Toronto Academic Health Science Network (TAHSN) Senior Friendly Hospital Community of Practice subcommittee, a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
