Paul Soares

Paul Soares is an accomplished facilities operations leader with extensive experience in managing diverse aspects of facility services. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities Operations at Trillium Health Partners since March 2024, Paul previously held the role of Director of Building Services, Trades & Grounds at the University of Toronto from October 2022 to March 2024. With a substantial tenure at Trillium Health Partners from June 2015 to October 2022, Paul advanced from Senior Manager of Facilities and Infrastructure Renewal to Director of Facilities, Security, Parking, and Infrastructure Renewal. Earlier, Paul was the Director of Business Operations - Support Services at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health from 1997 to 2013.
