Jim Young

Jim Young started their work experience in 1984 as a Sous Chef at Ma Maison. Jim then worked as a Sous Chef at Nicky Blair's Restaurant from 1985 to 1987. From 1988 to 1990, they served as a Sous Chef at Champagne Restaurant. Jim then joined Hilton Hotels Worldwide as an Executive Sous Chef from 1990 to 1993. In 1994, they became an Executive Chef at Hollywood Athletic Club, and in 1996, they worked as an Executive Chef at Pastis. From 1997 to 2001, they were a Food Service Manager at Guckenheimer.
