Chris Frey

Chris Frey has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Social Services at Trilogy Health Services, LLC since July 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held multiple positions at Senior1Care, including Director of Operations, Branch Manager in Elkhart, and Care Coordinator from April 2016 to May 2025. Additionally, Chris served as the Director of Social Services at Signature Healthcare from April 2011 to April 2016. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University, completed between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Manchester University, earned from 1991 to 1995.
