Abby Alausa is a highly experienced safety and compliance professional currently serving as the Safety and Compliance Manager at Trilogy MedWaste since January 2022, where Abby develops environmental health and safety management programs to support field operations. Previously, Abby worked at Amazon as a Workplace Health and Safety Manager from May 2016 to March 2022, focusing on safety policy establishment and program monitoring to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Additional experience includes roles as a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist at Amazon and an Industrial Hygienist & Safety Specialist at Halliburton. Abby began a career in safety with Western Growers as a Safety and Cost Containment Specialist. Abby holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health - Environmental and Occupational Health from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from California State University, Fullerton.
