Nichole M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nichole currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Trilogy, a role they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, in 2018, Nichole became an author, writing a book titled "What Would Dogs Do?: Lessons for Humanity from our Best Friend."

From 2019 to 2021, Nichole worked at Commercient, first as an Account Executive and later as a Sales Manager. In this role, they excelled in a niche software market, quickly becoming the top salesperson and delivering the largest enterprise-level contract. Nichole also took initiative during the pandemic by organizing virtual team meetups to boost corporate culture and morale.

Before their time at Commercient, Nichole worked as a Dog Behavior & Relationship Consultant at Mutt-chmaker.ca from 2019 until 2019. Nichole then joined Trupanion - Medical Insurance for your pet as a Territory Partner Associate from 2017 until 2019, where they supported veterinary hospitals in person and remotely, contributing significantly to the success of the regional team.

Nichole's career started in 2013 when they became the Chief Executive Officer at CalmFort Kennels. Nichole successfully transformed the failing business into a reputable establishment, increasing revenue by 28% in the second year. Nichole also introduced innovative programs focused on behavior rehabilitation and weight loss for dogs.

In 2012, Nichole briefly worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Hillberg & Berk. Prior to this, they had a long stint from 1999 to 2012 in professional development, acquiring various skills and experiences. Nichole also served as the Branch Manager at Business Furnishings (Sask) Ltd. from 2009 to 2012, where they excelled in sales and built strong client relationships. Notably, they secured a long-term multimillion-dollar contract for the company.

At CAPTIAL Ford Lincoln, formerly Percival Ford Lincoln, from 2007 to 2009, Nichole held the roles of Finance/Lease Manager and Lease Manager. Nichole successfully improved lease renewal loyalty by implementing a new strategy, leading to the dealership having the highest renewal rate in Western Canada. Additionally, they played a key role in improving corporate culture and teamwork within the organization.

Overall, Nichole M. has a strong background in sales, leadership, and relationship building, with a passion for working with animals.

Nichole M. completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Graphics at Okanagan College from 1991 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Nichole M. has obtained certifications in the field of sales and software. Nichole became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in December 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the certification for HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot in June 2020.
