L3 & Incident Manager at Trilogy

Pablo Ambram has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pablo has worked at Trilogy as an L3 & Incident Manager, where they supported a portfolio of products, managed a team of agents, and served as a liaison between different teams to resolve issues promptly. Pablo also worked as an L2 Customer Support Manager and L1 Customer Support Manager at Trilogy, where they managed teams and coached agents on resolving complex issues.

At INCAE Business School, Pablo worked as an Entrepreneurship Consultant, providing coaching to alumni and delivering classes on starting their consulting businesses or launching their own startups. Pablo also served as an advisor to businesses from INCAE graduates through the Founder Institute acceleration program.

As part of the founding team of the Association of Professional Entrepreneurship Mentors and Investors (APMI), Pablo designed and managed cross-functional projects. Pablo also worked as the Angel Network Director and Mentor Network Director at APMI, connecting entrepreneurs with mentors and providing educational programs.

Pablo served as the Chile Country Director for the Founder Institute Business Accelerator Program, where they moderated sessions, recruited mentors and founders, and set the program's strategy. Pablo co-founded AgentPiggy, an Edtech company promoting financial education for kids, and Burako.com, an online board game platform.

At Charly.io, Pablo held multiple roles including Head of Innovation, Co-Founder, Head of Information Technology, Head of Customer Support and KAM, and Head of Product and Algorithms. Pablo was responsible for strategic product roadmap, innovation culture, customer support processes, and integrating support systems.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Dadneo, Pablo generated and coordinated deal flow for multiple funds and angel networks, as well as led initial due diligence for startups seeking funding. Pablo also co-founded QuieroUnCredito.com, a platform connecting people seeking credit with financial institutions.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Pablo worked at Grupo JA Capital Markets as a Risk Consultant and Product Manager.

Pablo Ambram's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Pablo obtained a Business Angel Certification from Esade in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive MBA from IE Business School from 2016 to 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Pablo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de 'San Andrés' from 1999 to 2004. In 2002, they participated in an Exchange Program at The Wharton School, focusing on Finance, Statistics, and International Relations. Additionally, they completed a Graduate Founder program in Entrepreneurship at The Founder Institute San Diego in 2010. Pablo's earlier academic journey involved earning a Bachelor's degree in International Baccaulaureate from Colegio Alberto Einstein between 1995 and 1999, where they were recognized as the Salutatorian.

In addition to their formal education, Pablo has obtained several certifications. Pablo became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services in May 2023. Pablo also holds a Python Skills Assessment Certificate and a Rest API (Intermediate) Skills Certification Test, both obtained from HackerRank in July 2020. In December 2019, they attained the ISO 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor certification from PROQ es+. Pablo has also been recognized as a Judge Advisor for the Technovation Challenge in May 2019. Earlier in September 2015, they completed the Introduction to Big Data program and received a verified certificate from Coursera. Finally, in July 2018, Pablo became a Business Mentor through the Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d's program.
