Timilehin Adetayo

Timilehin Adetayo has a diverse work experience starting from 2019. They began their career as a Geoscience Intern at degeconek nig ltd, where they compiled data, prepared reports, and completed a seismic and well log interpretation project. They also gained knowledge of the petroleum exploration and development value chain and delivered a presentation on petroleum system analysis.

In 2021, Timilehin worked at Hugo as an ML Data Analyst, where they annotated and labeled various elements in large datasets for AI/ML model construction. They followed data requirements, annotation guidelines, and standard operating procedures for their tasks and also performed QA/QC checks on datasets for error correction.

In 2022, Timilehin joined Aurea Software as a QA Manual Tester. Their responsibilities included UAT testing, preparing test cases and estimates, testing new functionality, and collaborating with the development team to fix issues. They also managed defects by logging and tracking bugs in Jira and created and updated bug reports using the same tool.

Currently, Timilehin is employed as an Associate Analyst at Trilogy, starting in November 2022.

Timilehin Adetayo attended Covenant University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Physics with a specialization in Applied Geophysics. In addition to their formal education, they also pursued additional certifications. In July 2020, they completed the "Leading transformations: Manage change" course from Coursera. In September 2020, they obtained the certification for "Cracking the Creativity Code: Discovering Ideas" from Coursera. Most recently, in March 2021, they completed the "Fundamentals of SQL I Course" offered by Dataquest.io.
