Kamille Faith Newton

Kamille Faith Newton, MA, QMHP, currently serves as a People & Culture Partner and Employment Specialist at Trilogy, where responsibilities include coaching clients on occupational goals and partnering with community leaders to enhance workplace culture for individuals with mental health diagnoses. Newton has a diverse background in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing support through various roles such as HR & DEIA Intern and Peer Support Specialist. Previous experience spans management positions in retail and service industries, focusing on employee training and retention strategies. Kamille holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and has an educational foundation in psychology, rehabilitation studies, and fine arts from the University of North Texas and Dallas College.
