Katy Krystyniak, MA, LCPC, serves as a Program Manager and Quality Administrator at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the coordination and quality of mental health services, hiring and training clinicians, and providing therapeutic support for clients with diverse mental health issues. Experience as a Recovery Counselor involved case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy for individuals with mental illness and substance abuse. Katy also holds a position as a Psychotherapist at Cognitive Solutions Learning Center, Inc. and has prior experience as an Intern Mental Health Counselor at the City of Chicago North River Community Mental Health Center, as well as a Direct Care Worker at Southwood Psychiatric Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Point Park University.
