Kristina Gjeka Lcsw

Kristina Gjeka, LCSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work, currently serving as a Post Transition Care Manager and Clinical Team Leader at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare since December 2019. Prior roles include Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois and DCP at the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Kristina's experience in mental health support began with a position as a Recovery Counselor at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare from June 2015 to January 2017. Additionally, Kristina worked as a full-time nanny for a decade. Educationally, Kristina holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, also from the same institution.
