Molly Benning

Molly Benning currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern Illinois University and a Therapist at Leap Therapy Chicago and Trilogy, where roles include Couples and Family Therapist Intern. Molly's career in mental health began as a Professional Nanny and progressed through various positions, including Outreach Specialist and Assistant ACT Team Leader at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare. Molly co-founded Designhawk Innovations, leveraging a unique perspective from integrating robotics into manufacturing alongside a strong background in social services and education, holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in TOEFL/Child Advocacy Studies from Northeastern Illinois University.
