Rich Adelman

Rich Adelman became Chief Financial Officer in 2017. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial management, with an emphasis on business improvement. Prior to joining Trilogy, Rich was the Vice President of Finance for an organization that provides recovery services for persons with mental illness and substance use disorders. In his role at Trilogy, he oversees all strategic and tactical initiatives as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, and risk management. Rich is registered in Illinois as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has an MBA from DePaul University. He has extensive experience in administrative best practices and looks to strengthen the organization’s financial groundwork.
