Joel Ojeda

Joel Ojeda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joel began their career in 2011 as an Associate in Data & Reporting Consulting at PwC. Joel later moved to Medtronic in 2016, where they served as an LDRP Summer Associate in Global Marketing. In 2017, Joel joined AECOM and held various roles, including Manager in Business Leadership Development Program, Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations, and Director of Growth and Special Projects. Currently, Joel is working at Trilon Group, where they started in 2022 as a VP in Strategy & Business Operations. Joel has now progressed to the role of SVP, overseeing transportation and contributing to the company's mission of building a Top 20 design firm in the infrastructure consulting industry.

Joel Ojeda completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they participated in a study abroad program at the University of Galway. In 2011, they enrolled in the Ipodia program, USC's extended classroom program with National Taiwan University and Peking University. From 2015 to 2017, Joel pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Yale School of Management.
