Carolyn Joshua has extensive work experience, starting in 2009 as the President & CEO of Trilyon, Inc. for over 14 years. Trilyon specializes in consulting services, primarily in structured content management and product documentation. During their time at Trilyon, Carolyn contributed to the success of notable Silicon Valley companies such as Google, Cisco, Samsung, Hitachi, Oracle, and several startups.

In 2022, Carolyn joined How Women Lead as a Global Advisor for the Women Leaders For The World Fellowship. This fellowship aims to bring together women leaders who are future Nobel Peace Prize winners, social change innovators, and industry disruptors. Carolyn's role involves providing transformative leadership training and supporting fellows in expanding their vision and accelerating their impact globally.

Also in 2022, Carolyn became a Board Member of USPAACC (US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce). This national non-profit organization represents Asian Americans in various fields and promotes economic growth by opening doors of contract and providing educational and professional opportunities.

In 2023, Carolyn assumed the role of Board Chair - Diversity & Inclusion at ITServe Alliance, the largest association of IT Services organizations in the United States. ITServe Alliance serves as the voice for prestigious IT companies with similar interests.

Before these roles, Carolyn served as the GP of Early Equity Capital Advisors for Early Equity, a Tech Fund that focuses on private equity investments in mid and late-stage technology companies. Additionally, they are a Limited Partner at How Women Invest since 2020.

Carolyn Joshua attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2020, where they pursued a Stanford Continuing Studies program focused on Strategies for Early Stage Startup Investing. In 2017-2018, they enrolled at John F. Kennedy University for the Business Growth Acceleration Program. Their education history also includes the University of California, Berkeley. Furthermore, Carolyn holds a certification as a Project Management Certified (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Specific dates for obtaining this certification are not provided.
