Kelly Hess

Kelly Hess is a seasoned Safety Professional currently serving as the US Region Safety Manager at Trimac Transportation since February 2021 and as a safety professional at another organization since November 2024. With extensive experience in developing and administering comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs, Kelly utilizes expertise in Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Management, Compliance Auditing, and Contingency Planning. Additionally, Kelly concurrently supervises the Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (OHSSE) team, directing safety audits and root cause analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards. Previous roles include HSE Director at Patterson-UTI and Baker Hughes, along with military service as an Aviation Safety Officer in the US Army. Kelly is also actively involved in community service as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels Montgomery County and holds a Bachelor's degree from Excelsior University.
