Felicity Hoppes

Felicity Hoppes has a diverse range of work experience. Felicity is currently working at TriMark Digital as a Content Writer, where they write web, social, and search content for clients. Felicity is also exploring their interest in foundational branding and creative integrated branding strategy.

Prior to that, Felicity worked at Pantana's Pool Hall & Saloon as a Bartender. In this role, they studied cocktail recipes, provided excellent customer service, and maintained a safe environment.

Felicity also worked at Uptown Indigo as Event Staff, where they cultivated memorable experiences for guests and managed social media accounts. Additionally, they had a Marketing and Event Planning Internship at Uptown Indigo, where they collaborated with local business owners, conducted A/B tests for paid Facebook campaigns, and increased engagement on Pinterest.

Felicity's earlier work experience includes a Marketing Internship at Rivers Agency, where they worked on a mask-wearing social media campaign. Felicity also had a role as a Social Media Campaign Member for the You Can Help Me #wearamask campaign.

Felicity Hoppes completed their high school education at Crest High School from 2014 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing, at North Carolina State University from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, Felicity obtained several certifications related to digital marketing and analytics, including the BrightEdge Professional Certification from BrightEdge, the SEO Toolkit Exam from Semrush, the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google, the Google Ads Display Certification from Google, the HubSpot Social Media Marketing from HubSpot, and the Google Ads Search Certification from Google. These certifications were obtained between February and June of 2022.
