Jael Rodriguez has a diverse work experience starting with their most recent role as the Associate Director of Community Management at TriMark Digital, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they worked as a Social Media Community Manager at the same company. Before joining TriMark Digital, Jael worked as a Social Media Assistant at Med First Primary & Urgent Care, where they were responsible for providing marketing and social media support, creating marketing content, engaging with customers online, and managing various social media profiles. Jael also increased Instagram followers and improved the Facebook response rate. Jael has also worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Oculofacial and Plastic Surgery Consultants, a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Uviiva, and a Branding Assistant for OSA RC 2016 at the American Marketing Association-Roaring Concepts. Jael started their career as a Policy and Communications Assistant and later as a Trade and Investment Intern at the British Embassy, where they managed various tasks including diary management, drafting correspondence, and organizing events. Jael also served as a Front Desk Receptionist at COLMED, where they utilized their interpersonal skills to schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service.
Jael Rodriguez completed their high school education at King's Christian School from 2008 to 2012. They then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business at Universidad Iberoamericana from 2013 to 2016. Afterward, Jael attended Florida International University - College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing, finishing in 2017. Starting in 2018 until 2020, Jael enrolled at Wake Technical Community College, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Graphic Design.
