Adam Hall

Adam Hall, CFSP, currently serves as Lead Project Coordinator at TriMark USA since March 2022, after progressing through roles including Project Coordinator and Chain Account Coordinator. Prior experience encompasses leadership positions such as General Manager and Operations Manager at First Watch Restaurants from December 2019 to March 2022, and Culinary Manager at Main Event Entertainment from December 2017 to December 2019. Adam also held roles as Restaurant Manager at Famous Dave's of America and Chef/Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company, where responsibilities included managing multiple culinary concepts. Adam began a career as Kitchen Supervisor at Select Restaurants, Inc. Adam's educational background includes studies at Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland State University, and Central Michigan University.
