Andrew Foster

Andrew Foster has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Andrew'smost recent position was as the Chief People Officer at TriMark USA, a role they have held since March 2019. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at PerkinElmer, Inc. from January 2015 to February 2019, where they oversaw HR for the Environmental Health and Discovery and Analytical Solutions businesses. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Learning and Development Officer at Solvay from March 2008 to December 2014, where they built a global learning function that covered 50 countries and served 30,000 associates. Before joining Solvay, Andrew was the V.P. of Human Resources at Solvay Pharmaceuticals Inc. from October 2005 to March 2008, and prior to that, they led all HR activities for McKesson's Pharmaceutical Distribution business from June 2000 to September 2005. Andrew's career began as an HR Consultant at Work Positive from 1994 to 2000.
