Blaine Lively

Blaine Lively has a diverse work experience in the field of training and development. Blaine served as the Director of Learning Solutions at TriMark USA, where they implemented various initiatives to improve employee onboarding and leadership development. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Training at Steak n Shake, where they oversaw the creation and implementation of instructional design material for the corporate learning management system. Blaine also worked at Souper Salad as the Director of Training & Quality Assurance, where they developed training materials and organized training classes for franchisee management. Blaine has also held positions such as Quality Assurance Manager, District Manager, and Zone Training Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining and enforcing training procedures within multiple regions.

Blaine Lively earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Houston from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their degree, Blaine has obtained several certifications, including "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Leadership Tips, Tactics, and Advice" from LinkedIn in 2022. They also obtained the certification "Smartsheet Product Certified User" from Smartsheet in October 2019.
