Casey Lovell

Casey Lovell is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food service and equipment design. Currently serving as a Food Equipment Design Specialist at TriMark United East since December 2019, Casey previously held the position of Executive Chef at Bar Mercato from January 2019 to November 2019. Prior roles include Executive Sous Chef at Himmel Hospitality Group (May 2010 - December 2018), Chef De Partie at Rancho Valencia (May 2014 - October 2015), and Sous Chef at both Beach House Restaurant (January 2013 - January 2014) and Met Bar and Grill (September 2007 - October 2009). Early career experience encompasses roles as a Line Cook at Nantucket Golf Club Inc (May 2007 - September 2007) and an Intern at Jupiter Island Club (December 2005 - May 2007). Casey holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the New England Culinary Institute (2005 - 2007) and a High School Diploma from Springfield High (2001 - 2005).
