John Bates

John Bates has extensive experience in the food service industry, starting in 1979 with various roles at Libbey Glass. John then worked at BonChef, Inc from 1997 to 2005 as the VP of Sales, overseeing global sales and managing a large sales team. From 2005 to 2007, they were the National Sales Manager at World Kitchen, LLC, where they played a key role in reintroducing a major manufacturer to the foodservice industry. John then joined Vertex China, Inc/Luxury Hotelware, Inc as the VP of Sales from 2007 to 2011, focusing on sales growth and managing staff and manufacturer representatives. Since 2010, they have been the VP of Multi Unit Sales at TriMark Strategic, responsible for acquiring and managing multi-unit operators in the food service equipment industry.
