Lewis Donley II has a solid background in graphic design and innovation. Lewis started their career in 2005 as the owner/graphic designer at Essential Graphics, where they successfully managed and coordinated graphic design projects. In 2008, they joined State Farm Insurance's Central Imaging Operating Services team. In 2011, Lewis became a Graphic, Web Designer, and Social Media Advertiser at Tenacious Tactics (TenTact), where they showcased their expertise in designing logos, flyers, websites, and physical art. Lewis also demonstrated their creative marketing techniques and helped local businesses enhance their social media presence. In 2015, they joined State Farm as an Innovation Tech/Graphic Design professional in the Labs@StateFarm division. Lewis'srole focused on improving processes and building relationships with internal partners to achieve business objectives. Currently, Lewis works as an Innovation Project Lead at TriMas Packaging, where they utilize their skills and experience to drive innovation projects.

Lewis Donley II attended Illinois State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art graphic design in 2005. In 2017, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Denver to pursue a Certification in Business Analysis. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Business Procurement Analysis from the University of Colorado Denver in 2017.
