Ron Kieras has extensive experience in the packaging industry, with a focus on new product development and engineering. Ron is currently the Product Development & Engineering Director - Closure Systems at TriMas Packaging. Prior to that, they worked at Liquibox as the Sr. Vice President NPD & Engineering, leading new product development and engineering teams across multiple plant locations. Ron also held the role of Director - Global New Product Development at Global Closure Systems, where they led various functions including R&D, engineering, quality, and business development. Additionally, they were a Managing Partner at Flocon, Inc., overseeing injection molding operations and business development. Ron's earlier experience includes roles at Silgan Plastics, Thatcher Tubes LLC, Courtaulds Packaging, and Aptar, where they managed new product development projects and gained expertise in aerosol valve components and dispensing closures.

Ron Kieras, MS, MBA, CLSSBB has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Technology - Plastics Engineering | Operations from Illinois State University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology - Plastics Engineering from Illinois State University.
