Before pursuing their education in the United States, Hakki Isik attended Istanbul Technical University from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Industrial Engineering. In addition to their academic qualifications, Hakki Isik has obtained various certifications including the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2009, the ITIL® Foundation in IT Service Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, and certifications in Business Applications Cloud and AWS from Microsoft and Amazon Web Services respectively.
