Carly Bartes

Carly Bartes is a skilled human resources professional with a robust background in employee experience and organizational development. Currently serving as a People eXperience Business Partner and previously as a People eXperience Specialist at Trimble Inc., Carly has contributed significantly to employee relations and HR operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Geometric Results, Inc., where Carly managed administrative functions and supported ADP systems, and as an Assistant Consultant at Pure Leadership Consulting, focusing on leadership performance improvement. Carly also gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Intern at MSX International and as a Research Assistant at Grand Valley State University, examining the interplay between children's socio-cognitive abilities and aggression. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy.
