Finn Kuipers

Finn Kuipers is a skilled UX Researcher currently employed at Trimble Inc. since April 2022. With a robust background in user experience, Finn has previously held positions as a UX Design Researcher at Viewpoint, where significant contributions included designing a research study on customer mental models for construction management software. Experience also includes roles as a User Experience Researcher at 8Stem, where foundational research methods and usability tests were conducted, and as a Sales Specialist at REI, where engagement with customers and participation in UX research activities occurred. Finn’s early career involved advocacy and coordination roles in healthcare and community support, alongside a rich performing arts background with the Stone Dance Collective. Finn holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Diversity, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Sociology, all from respected institutions in Washington.
