Jan Barend Den Ouden

Jan Barend den Ouden has extensive experience in technical support and consultancy, currently serving as a Trimble Technical Specialist at Trimble Inc. since January 2018. In this role, Jan has developed skills as an E-learning specialist, utilizing the Docebo Platform to manage content, build courses, and analyze customer adoption using Power BI. Additionally, Jan has become proficient in Viewpoint Field View software, aiding customers in transitioning to digital solutions for tasks and forms. Prior to this, Jan held positions at Stabiplan since June 2000, advancing from Support Engineer to Senior Support Engineer, providing comprehensive support for various products and assisting major clients with BIM-related queries. Jan's early career included experience as a robot operator and fork-lift operator at Kaashandel G van der Heiden. Jan holds a degree in ICT, System Administration, and Application Management from Hoornbeeck College, completed in 2000.
