Jen Grunklee

Jen Grunklee is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background encompassing various roles and responsibilities. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Trimble Inc., since September 2018, Jen functions as a strategic business partner for a global client base, engaging in organizational development, change management, and HR consulting. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner and Regional HR Manager at Hearth & Home Technologies, where Jen managed HR functions and led talent acquisition efforts. Earlier roles at AudaExplore involved positions as Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator, and prior experience includes management roles at Phillips Van-Heusen Corporation. Jen holds an MBA, an MA in Human Resource Management, and a BA in Organizational Management and Leadership, all from Concordia University-St. Paul.
