Kate Harp

Kate Harp serves as the Vice President of Global Sales Operations and Enablement at Trimble Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Kate held the role of Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations at Shift from October 2021 to September 2022 and served as Vice President of Sales Strategy and Sales Operations at XPO Logistics, Inc. from October 2019 to October 2021, focusing on XPO's LTL division. Earlier experience includes multiple positions at Amazon from October 2013 to October 2019, where Kate contributed as Global Sales Operations Strategic Business Director and Executive Sales Leader for Amazon Business. Prior roles also encompass leadership positions at LivingSocial, Expedite Media Group, and AEG, as well as early experience as a Sales Associate at McCollister's Transportation Group, Inc. Kate holds a degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, having attended from 1999 to 2003.
