Clay Monroe has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 17 years. Clay started in 2004 as a Sales Representative at Time Warner Cable, where they provided customer service and technical support. In 2005, they joined Volvo Financial Services and held various roles, including Credit Analyst, Collections Specialist, and Deficiency Account Management & Recovery Specialist. During their time at Volvo, they managed a $100MM collection account portfolio and conducted in-depth research for negotiation purposes. In 2014, Clay worked as a Post Judgment Recovery Process Manager on a contract basis at UVA Community Credit Union, where they designed and executed collection remedies. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they served as a Loss Prevention Account Manager at C&F Finance Company, where they managed delinquencies and built rapport with customers. In 2016, Clay became an Account Manager at Image360, responsible for providing signage solutions to clients. Lastly, since May 2017, they have been working at TriMech, initially as an Inside Account Manager and currently as a TriMech Client Success Representative for the 3DExperience Platform.

Clay Monroe began their education at Elon College in 1990, although no degree or field of study is provided for this period. Clay then attended Appalachian State University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing.
