Carolyn Traut

Carolyn Traut has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Carolyn started their career at GE Capital as part of the Financial Management Program from July 2001 to July 2002. Carolyn then joined GE Capital Real Estate as a Senior Associate Director from July 2002 to September 2007, where they played a crucial role in the origination and closing of over $1B of debt investments. In 2007, Carolyn joined TriMont Real Estate Advisors as an Assistant Vice President - Asset Management. In this role, they managed a two million square foot office portfolio located in various CBD markets across the United States. Their responsibilities included overseeing both stabilized and repositioned assets.

Carolyn Traut attended Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management from 1997 to 2001. Carolyn graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing.
