Chad Leines has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Chad is currently working as the Director of Investment Advisory Services at Trimont Real Estate Advisors since February 2022.

From August 2020 to February 2022, Chad worked at FinRaven, where they held a role as FinRaven.

Prior to that, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at LivCor, LLC from June 2019 to November 2020.

Chad gained experience in the financial sector as a Senior Financial Analyst in CMBS at DBRS from January 2019 to June 2019 and as a Financial Analyst in CMBS from August 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining DBRS, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at a consulting firm from September 2015 to July 2017.

Chad also has experience as a Business Development Manager at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq from August 2014 to August 2015.

Chad started their professional career as a Research Analyst at RJL Advisors, where they assisted in the development of a website-based startup from April 2013 to April 2014, focusing on market research, business and marketing strategy, webpage development, and database management.

Chad Leines obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Economics & Finance from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business in 2014.
