Kaley Parsons

Kaley Parsons has a diverse background in analytics and customer service across various financial institutions. They began their career as a Customer Service Representative at ESL Federal Credit Union and later held multiple positions at companies like GMAC and Bank of America, where they developed strong skills in financial reporting and client support. Currently, Kaley is the Executive Director of Data & Analytics at Trimont, and previously served as a Lead Analytics Consultant at Wells Fargo. They hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Piedmont Community College, along with coursework in Communications from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
