Shawn Burroughs is a claims and risk management professional with a proven track record in exceeding goals and fostering strong customer relationships. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Trimont, Shawn leads projects, creates training materials, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Shawn previously held positions including Senior Corporate Insurance Consultant at Wells Fargo and Senior Claims Examiner at Lowe’s Companies, where exceptional problem-solving skills were utilized to resolve claims efficiently. Additionally, Shawn has garnered an Associate in Insurance (AINS) designation and is pursuing a BA in Marketing & Economics from Morehouse College and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
