Antonia Tan Lay Teng

Antonia Tan Lay Teng currently serves as the ISBU - M&A Associate Director at Trina Solar since December 2021. With a strong background in finance, Antonia accumulated extensive experience at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong as an Associate Director in Deals (Valuation) from May 2016 to 2021, and previously at KPMG Malaysia as an Associate Director in Corporate Finance from April 2012 to April 2016. Antonia began the career at KPMG in an audit capacity as an Assistant Manager from September 2008 to April 2012, and briefly worked as a Tax Vacation Trainee at Ernst & Young in July 2007. Antonia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham - Nottingham University Business School and holds an ICAEW designation from Sunway University College.
