Andrea D’Alessandro is an experienced clinical operations professional with a focus on neuromuscular research. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at TRiNDS since March 2017, Andrea oversees strategic leadership, process development, KPI oversight, and business development initiatives. Previous roles include Clinical Research Project Manager and Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh, where responsibilities included managing multi-center studies for the Cooperative International Neuromuscular Research Group (CINRG). Additionally, Andrea has served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh, teaching neuromuscular topics to genetic counseling students, and held a position at the University of Michigan Medical School as a Clinical Research Coordinator and Genetic Counselor.
