Allison Gorman

Allison Gorman is currently the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at TriNet. With extensive experience in workforce development and organizational strategy, they previously worked for Smurfit Westrock as a Senior Manager in Leadership Development, where they oversaw leadership development solutions. Prior to that, Allison held various roles at Gulfstream Aerospace, including Senior Instructional Designer and Sr. Manager of Workforce Development. Their earlier career includes positions at Georgia Southern University and Savannah College of Art and Design, focusing on experiential education and employer relations. Allison holds multiple degrees from Georgia Southern University, including an Ed.D., and continues to pursue further education.
