Ben Codi

Ben Codi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, currently serving as the Executive Director of National Broker Sales at TriNet since July 2014. Under Ben Codi's leadership, TriNet achieved a remarkable 140% fiscal year-over-year growth in 2023 and successfully expanded the Broker team from 11 to 19 account managers. Previous roles include Health & Benefits Consultant at Paychex Insurance Agency, Inc., District Sales Manager at Extensis Group, and Senior Account Executive at Canon Business Solutions-East, Inc. Ben Codi holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware.
