Daniel H.

Daniel H. is an experienced professional in government relations, currently serving as Executive Director of Government Relations at TriNet since August 2020. Daniel holds positions on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations and as Chair of the California Leadership Council for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, both since 2023. Previously, Daniel was Vice President and Director of State Government Affairs at NAPEO from August 2013 to August 2020 and has also directed government affairs for the Life Insurance Settlement Association from 2005 to 2013. Daniel earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
