Frank Anderson

Frank Anderson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in data security, privacy, and technology law. Currently serving as the Divisional Vice President and Lead Counsel for Product, Data, and Technology at TriNet since June 2018, Frank has held various significant positions, including Managing Counsel for Data, Security, and Technology, and Corporate Counsel focusing on Data Security and Privacy. In addition, Frank is a DeputyGC Member at TechGC since September 2022. Prior to these roles, Frank worked at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation from May 2002 to June 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a Privacy Attorney and working in the Bankruptcy, Transactions & Terminations Group. Frank's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance from The George Washington University, a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
