James Coffman

James Coffman has over 15 years of experience in customer operations and vendor management, currently serving as the Lead Vendor Manager at TriNet since October 2018. Prior to this role, James held positions including Manager of Quality Optimization and Supervisor of Customer Operations at ViaSat from May 2016 to October 2018. James began a career at Sprint Corp. as a Customer Service Supervisor, where tenure lasted from January 2006 to May 2016. James completed education at Rio Rancho High School, earning a diploma from 1998 to 2001.
