Janice Chaussee

Janice Chaussee, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Product Management at TriNet, starting January 2024. Previously, Janice held the position of Senior Director for Product Management in National Accounts HR, Payroll, and Benefits at ADP from September 2013 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the large market Human Capital Management and Benefits product portfolio and engaging as a speaker at client conferences. Prior to ADP, Janice was the Director of Health Solutions Product Management at Fidelity Investments, overseeing system development and market launches to improve customer experiences in health and welfare. Janice's earlier roles include Process Enablement Lead at Fidelity and Client Services Manager at CIGNA Healthcare, demonstrating a strong background in client service and product management. Janice holds an M.B.A. from Rivier University and a B.S. in Accounting from Lipscomb University.
