Jay Venkat

Jay Venkat is currently the Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at TriNet. Prior to this role, Jay served as the Managing Director & Senior Partner - North America Leader, TMT Practice at Boston Consulting Group. With expertise in areas such as digital transformation, technology strategy, and asset management, Jay has a strong background in driving digital initiatives and agile ways of working. Jay also has previous experience at Halliburton, ITC Limited, and British American Tobacco. Jay holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BE in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
