Jeff Hayward

Jeff Hayward has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, holding various leadership positions at major corporations. Jeff is currently the Chief Technical Officer at TriNet.

Jeff started their career at Unisys, where they worked for 10 years in various roles, including Federal Transformation Center Lead Architect and Chief Strategist and Technical Architect. In 2006, they left Unisys to join EMC Corporation as Global Solution Practice Manager. After two years at EMC, Jeff moved to Dell EMC, where they served as Vice President of Software Engineering for CPSD.

In January 2018, Jeff left Dell EMC to join Sabre Corporation as Senior Vice President of Airline Solutions Product Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for leading software engineering and product development initiatives for the Airline Solutions business. Jeff oversaw the delivery of solutions for the Airline Solutions Business, ensuring that they were delivered in a way that was attentive to cost, quality and speed.

In July 2022, Jeff left Sabre Corporation to join TriNet as CTO. In this role, they are responsible for leading TriNet's technology strategy and initiatives.

Jeff Hayward attended the University of Michigan for their general studies and then went on to Boston College for further studies in the same field. Jeff is certified by American Mensa in American Mensa Member.
