Jennifer (Ickes) Jackson has extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as Executive Director of Customer Success and Executive Director of Transformation - Benefits & Pricing at TriNet since June 2009. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated with a diploma from Robinson High School, ranking in the top 20 of the class.
