Mike Plate

Mike Plate serves as the Executive Director of Technology at TriNet since October 2023. With extensive experience in technology and operations, Mike previously held the position of Vice President of Global Operations at MediaMath, where leadership involved overseeing a global technology organization responsible for various operations, including Cloud, Data Center, and IT support. At Virtustream, Mike held several key roles, including Global Head of Professional Services and Chief of Staff for Global Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing global services portfolios and supporting complex merger integration. Prior to that, Mike led service delivery at VCE and managed global teams at Marsh & McLennan Companies in various technical capacities. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from Bentley University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
